This is our suggested plan for the weekend. It may be subject to change due to the British weather, the needs of the group & other circumstances, but this is what we hope to share with you :-)

Friday       
                   Arrive anytime after 4pm, meet everyone & settle in to your room

                   6pm                   Welcome meditation - finding breathing space for your Self this weekend

                   6.45-7.45            Dinner
                                                               
                   8.15-9.15            Chilled out yin yoga &/or yoga nidra (deep relaxation)
                                                               
                   9.15 onwards     Star-gazing by the fire pit/ indoor meditation

Saturday  

                   7.30am              Morning mindfulness (15 minutes)

                   8.00-9.00          Breakfast
                                                               
                   10.15-11.15          Yoga

                   11.15-11.45          Deep relaxation
                                                               
                   12.00                  Free time, guided meditation outdoors
                                                               
                   1.00                     Lunch
                                                               
                   2.00 - 6.00        Guided walk, or self-drive to nearby village / town
                       
                   6.00                   Post-hike yoga stretch (20 minutes)
                                      
                   6.45                    Dinner
                                                               
                   8.00                  Bring & Share

                  8.30-10pm          Chilled out yoga, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and sound bath
                   
                  

Sunday    
                  8.30am               Morning mindfulness (15 minutes)

                  8.00-9.00           Breakfast
                                                               
                  10.00-12.00        Guided walk

                  12.00                   Post-walk yoga stretch (20 minutes)

                  12.30                  Deep relaxation
                                                               
                  1.00                     Farewell lunch

                  2.00                    Closing meditation 
                                                               
                  2.30-ish             Check out. Feel free to stay in and around the property until 4pm.

One additional night's accommodation is available at a small extra cost.
Please note this is only on a Bed & Breakfast basis. We can help you make arrangements for your own evening meal in a nearby restaurant or pub. Checkout on Monday would be at 10.00am.
