Booking & Payment
To secure your place please click on the "Book ..." button and complete the online Booking Form on our website.
As soon as we've received your Booking Form, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received your details and providing our details to pay through online banking. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please email us directly or call
Claire on 07775 644 866 or Emma 07846 807 980.
Please pay for your place as soon as possible, as we do not reserve places. Our days do get sold out and so we have to operate a first paid, first booked system.

In exceptional cases we may agree for you to pay us in cash at the next class you would usually attend.
Places are limited by the amount of space we have in the cabin, usually to 18 people.
As places are limited we will not take any payments on the day.

Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that the event is cancelled by Forestry Wellbeing or the site is closed by Forestry England, a full refund will be offered or we can offer you a place on another event of your choosing if possible.

Cancellation by You
In the event that you need to cancel your place, please let us know immediately and we will try to re-sell your place. If your place is resold, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please let us know so we are not waiting for you at the café. We will not be able to offer a refund at this stage.
If you're running late, we can wait at Grounds Cafe until 9.55am but to be fair to everyone, we need to all be at the cabin by 10.00am. If we are out of the cabin, we both need to escort the group so no-one will be able to come and bring you to us. We may be able to meet you when we return to the cabin although this may not be until lunchtime/1.00. Phone signal is not perfect out on the Chase so we're not always contactable by phone during the day.

Physical fitness
For Health & Safety reasons, we both need to stay with the group so we are unable to split up, stay behind or offer alternative routes.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are confident you will be able to walk the distance (2 to 4 miles) on your event day and that you are physically fit enough to participate in the day's activities.
Please contact us before booking if you have or have had any of the following in the last 12 months and that are not being controlled by medication: a heart condition or high blood pressure, chest pains, dizziness or fainting, any chronic medical condition. Please also let us know if you may find walking on uneven ground, or up & down hills difficult.
If you have any concerns about attending the event, please contact us before booking.

Data Protection & Use of Your Data
We will only use your data for the purposes of Health & Safety, contacting you in case of cancellation and informing you of upcoming events that we are running. We will not share your information with any third parties and will keep all information safe and confidential.
